Weller Browning is a professional musician, linguist and writer. She had a difficult childhood, which helped to form the nucleus of this story. Weller Browning has two children and she loves cats and dogs. She enjoys learning languages and writing her books. As a child, she was dyslexic but was always creating stories in her mind. Weller Browning lives in an old mining cottage in South Wales.

I have been writing stories all my life, but as a busy wife, mother and teacher I kept the manuscripts and poems in a drawer, almost as a secret.

I wrote Wild Marjoram recently because I wanted to touch the times and the people I grew up with, and it is magical to sit snd weave a story in a quiet room when you know you won’t be interrupted. Having written it I decided to send it out and see if anything happened. To my joy it was accepted. Since then I have finished writing another story, very different, and when I have finished going through it for errors I shall send that out and wait and see what happens.

I have also started a sequel to Wild Marjoram and I am looking through the stories I wrote years ago to see if they are well-written and if I enjoy reading them. I feel my life is full of excitement!
